Well my picks have changed a bit. There should be a fantasy league for American Idol too just like in the NBA.

Things sure do change in a couple weeks time! :P My favorites right now would have to be Crystal Bowersox and Katie Stevens. I think that Crystal is usually pretty consistent, though she does need a little more stage presence. And I think agree with Simon that Katie meeting Miley Cyrus was one of the best things that could happen for her. I think that a lot of the other singers who are still in the competition aren't all that great. :\ I had high hopes for Andrew Garcia, but after how bad he has done, I don't think he can make a comeback at this point. I don't see how Tim Urban is still in it, and I just don't get what people see in Lee Dewyze, I just don't get him. I'm starting to like Didi Benami more each week too, she's starting to find herself I think. It's kind of disappointing to see each week where the contestants aren't living up to their fullest potential, and just aren't killing the songs every week like they should be (Adam Lambert anyone? I think he had one bad week, maybe two??). :D
ReplyDeleteCrystal's last performance was really solid. I didn't even know the song and I loved it. I'm not such a Katie fan. Her voice doesn't appeal to me, but her last performance was pretty good.
ReplyDeleteLee has his own fan base because he's the only one with a rocker voice in that group. He can do Pearl Jam or Hootie and the Blowfish. No one else can pull that off.
