WAKE UP CHEESE

A couple of weeks ago, Rena and I decided to chill with some good sounds. We figured, hey why not watch one of the free shows outside Shangri La? And so we did. It started out well enough because the band played something jazzy. Alright then. It was time for some beer and chips. Then I noticed that the band started retro-ing. That was fine too. There were lots of cool songs from the 70's and 80's.

Imagine my surprise though when the band suddenly played, 'greatest love of all'. I almost spit out the chips in my surprise. That was my cue. It was time to leave. I think we inadvertently attended a kindergarten graduation. Surreal dude.

And so I vow never ever ever to watch Retrospect again. Never ever. Never.
