High Court affirms junking of airport terminal deal
Investor confidence is important and sanctity of contracts is an essential element. However, the Supreme Court decision should not be viewed negatively. The arguments are numerous and valid. At least it shows the judicial system still works.
We should instead focus on the defects in bidding out of contracts. The solution must fit the problem after all. Like I have opined a number of times in the past, poor implementation of the law is not remedied by more legislation.
This isn't really a stock market post, but nonetheless relevant I believe.
